Join us at the ICC as we get into the holiday spirit! With many of its traditions influencing the modern North American iteration of Christmas, Weihnachtsfest is a Christmas celebration throughout German speaking Europe. During our family friendly celebration of Weihnachtsfest, children and adults can create a handmade Christmas tree snowflake and decorate ginger bread cookies.

Entering the celebration, our guest will be immersed in an authentic German market with smells of pine trees, freshly grilled bratwurst, and homemade hot apple cider. Music will be provided by the Texas Tech School of Music Tuba Euphonium studio and will include traditional German Christmas music. Our Weihnachtsfest celebration is in partnership with the National Ranching Heritage Center‘s Candlelight at the Ranch, and sponsored by Humanities Texas
