The greatest living American composer, John Corigliano, will join us in Lubbock for a weeklong residency! We will feature two of his works, including “The Red Violin,” played by Concertmaster Annie Chalex Boyle, and “Circus Maximus,” performed by Dr. Sarah McKoin and the TTU School of Music Symphonic Wind Ensemble! Finally, we finish with Leonard Bernstein’s “Symphonic Dances from West Side Story!”

John Clare and John Corigliano will host a beginner-friendly discussion of the works that will be performed that night. This FREE event will take place one hour before the concert on Friday, October 21st, at 6:30 PM when the doors to The Buddy Holly Hall open.
