4:00 – 4:30 PM | Bubbles & Learning
Kick off the event with a welcome glass of McPherson Cellars Sparkling Wine while Certified Sommeliers Madison White & Daniel Divine guide you through the distinct oyster varieties and their thoughtful wine pairings.

4:30 – 6:00 PM | Mingle & Taste
Enjoy a tasting experience featuring three different oyster varieties perfectly paired with a carefully selected wine. Guests will enjoy two of each oyster variety (half dozen oysters per guest).
