Lubbock-Con 2026 will be held on February 21-22, 2026 at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center. This will be the 10th anniversary for the annual community event presented by the non-profit organization, Lubbock-Con Ventures

Lubbock-Con is a pop culture convention that features both local and traveling vendors, artists, writers, and crafters as well as a variety of presenters and performers. The convention also hosts special guests from various professions, ranging from but not limited to, animators, comic artists, costume and special effects designers, actors, and voice actors. The event dedicates areas to feature local nonprofits and charitable organizations and provides a kids area full of hands-on activities and crafts provided by local small businesses and organizations. The convention’s contests celebrate the Lubbock community’s creativity and craftsmanship through the art of costuming, cosplay and performance.
