‘Interrupting The After Image’ Curated by Boryana Rusenova-Ina
Essay by Maia Toteva, Ph.D.
Art Building Landmark Gallery – through May 3, 2026
The exhibition presents artworks by three young female artists-migrants: Boryana Rusenova-Ina who was born in Bulgaria and works in the US, Ayesha Kamal Khan who works between Pakistan and the US, and Eun Young Cho who was trained and exhibits in South Korea and the US. The show explores memory, identity, migration, and belonging at the intersection of language and image.
Join us in the Landmark Gallery on Monday April 20th at 5 PM for gallery talks by the artists and curators. This will be immediately followed by a reception in the Art Building Foyer.
If you have a group who would like a gallery tour or class discussion, contact Dr. Maia Toteva ([email protected]) who will be happy to organize such an activity.
Gallery Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Sunday: Noon – 4:00 PM
