Fisher Quilt Auction | Benefitting the endowment of the curator of clothing and textiles position fund
Museum of Texas Tech University
3301 4th Street

Saturday, February 26th
4 – 6pm

Join us for an online quilt auction (open now) and in-person auction on February 26!

Linda Fisher, a prolific West Texas quilter, made and donated 73 quilts to the Clothing and Textiles permanent collection. She also made over 60 additional quilts that she has graciously allowed to be auctioned online and in person with all the funds to go to the Endowment of the Curator of Clothing and Textiles position fund.

The online auction is now open and can be accessed through this link https://benefitbidding.com/museum.ttu.

53 beautiful, dynamic, and one-of-a-kind pieces are available for bidding or purchase. To bid or purchase, please do the following:
· Click ‘Register’ on the menu bar at the top of the website.
· You will be asked to enter your contact information. (This is so we know where to send the piece(s) if you are unable to pick up in person.)
· You will also be asked to put in your credit card information. (This is a SECURE site. If you do not win an item your credit card information will be destroyed.)

The in-person auction will include 14 additional pieces not available on the online auction. It will be held on Saturday, February 26 from 4-6 p.m. in the Sculpture Court located inside the Museum. This date happens to be the day before Linda’s birthday, and we will have cupcakes to celebrate her at this time. Access to the Sculpture Court is through the west side of the building.
