Location: Lubbock, TX | Full-Time | Summer Internship

Market Lubbock, Inc. is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our team this summer. This paid internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the design and branding efforts of LEDA, Visit Lubbock and Downtown Lubbock initiatives. The ideal candidate is a junior or senior pursuing a degree in graphic design or a related field, with strong visual design skills and attention to detail.

This intern will support the creative team by assisting with a variety of projects, including designing and resizing graphics for web, social media, and print creating branded templates and campaign materials supporting the development of visual assets for multiple city initiatives assisting with general creative production needs.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency
• Photo/video experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (mileage reimbursed)
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and work on location when needed
