Hey look! It’s Jon Reep. You know, that guy, from that thing. You might remember him from the Dodge Ram truck commercial asking, “That thing got a HEMI?” – or the comedian who won “Last Comic Standing” on NBC or as Raymus, the pot-smoking farmer in “Harold and Kumar: Escape From Guantanamo Bay.”
Either way, Jon Reep is a legendary, powerhouse comedian! A national touring comedian whose contemporary country point of view has won over legions of fans in theaters, comedy clubs and on TV and film. As a stand-up, he’s built a following through his hilarious comedy specials on Comedy Central, Netflix and Amazon Prime. He can be seen in the Netflix show “Brad Paisley’s Comedy Rodeo” and his new standup special on Amazon Prime – “Ginger Beard Man” – or his new standup album “Ginger Pain.” Jon’s hour-long standup special “Jon Reep: Metro Jethro” and his half-hour standup special both aired on Comedy Central. He’s currently on the road now perfecting his NEW special “Milk Shakes and Drugs” set to be released in 2025.
Jon is also host of the popular podcast “Carolina Reeper” and has been a guest on many other podcasts such as the “Joe Rogan Experience,” “Nateland” with Nate Bargatze and “Tiger Belly” with Bobby Lee…just to name a few. As an actor, Jon has been seen in Tig Notaro’s Amazon Series “One Mississisppi,” the CW’s “Jane The Virgin,” ABC’s “Blackish” and HBO’s “Eastbound and Down” and “Curb your Enthusiasm” – not to mention the feature film “Into the Storm.”
On a nonstop tour since he burst onto the scene, Jon performs to sold-out audiences at clubs and theaters across the country. He’s one of the only comedians in the world who has performed at both the Grand Ole Opry and the Hollywood Bowl. His show is guaranteed to make the rafters shake and your biscuits bake.
