Calling all Lubbock Area Artists who write and perform their music in Lubbock. Song Submissions are open for the 2027 Lubbock Music NOW album!

How does it work? Submitted original songs are anonymously evaluated by the Civic Lubbock’s Entertainment Lubbock Committee. Each track is scored across five different dimensions, with each aspect rated from 1 to 5. These top tracks then head to the music experts around the country, including former and/or current members of the Texas branch of The Recording Academy (Texas Grammy Board)—for the final selection.
