h2c2 and Warped Pictures Presents: 48-Hour Film Festival

Join us for the 48-Hour Film Festival, hosted by h2c2 in partnership with Warped Pictures — where filmmakers race against the clock to write, shoot, and edit an original short film using required story elements revealed at the kickoff event. Whether you’re a seasoned storyteller or stepping behind the camera for the first time, this is a great way to connect with other artists to make something new!

IMPORTANT DATES:
Kickoff Event
September 12th 7-8pm at Hollingsworth Hall Cultural Center (4228 Boston Ave)

Each team will be given a character name, prop, and line of dialogue that must appear in their film.

Film Submission Deadline
8:00 PM on September 14th

Cost of Entry: Participation is completely free — no entry fee to submit a film!

Screenings & Judged Awards
September 25th & 26th at Hollingsworth Hall Cultural Center

Completed films will be screened, and a panel of judges will award categories, including Best Direction, Best Acting, and Best Production Elements.

Screening tickets: $8
Audience members can also vote for the Audience Choice Award!
