Affordable Art Sale @LHUCA

Calling artists to submit artwork samples for a one day art sale at LHUCA just in time for the Holidays! All works must be price $300 and under.

No entry or booth fee. LHUCA retains a 30% commission of sales.

Booth space options:

• 108” x 96” wall space (only 12 spaces available)

• 96” x 30” table

• 96” x 30” table & 108” x 96” wall space (great for a group)

 Accepting artists working in:
painting, drawing, prints, mixed media, metals, collage, photography, ceramics, books, textiles, jewelry, wood

Submission deadline: November 4, 2019
Notification date: November 8, 2019, artists will be notified via email.
Artists Install: Friday, November 29, 2019 between 11 am – 5 pm
Art Sale: Saturday, November 30, 9 am – 5 pm
Takedown: Saturday, November 30 at 5 pm

Application Guidelines: 

·       Please submit 5-10 images (Dropbox or Email document) representative of work that will be sold during the Affordable Arts Sale.

·       Send contact Info: name, email address, telephone number

Artist or representative are responsible for:

• Setting up and taking down their own work

• Must be present during sale

• Inventory sheets (inventory sheets provided by LHUCA)

LHUCA will provide:

• Sale marketing and promotion

• Hardware to hang work on the walls

• Table with black tablecloth and 2 chairs if requested

• Inventory sheets (to be filled out by artist)

• Check out and wrapping station

• All sales will be processed through LHUCA, artists will be provided a check from LHUCA for 70% of sales on December 3.

• LHUCA collects and pays the state sales tax, artist is not required to have a tax ID number
