Where: Outside the new Volunteer Center of Lubbock building, 1219 Ave K
What to expect: Hands-on service projects, local nonprofits, live music, food trucks, and activities for all ages
Rain or shine: The festival will happen rain or shine

Interested in helping make the event happen? We’re also looking for volunteers to assist throughout the day.

Volunteer shifts include:

• Setup Crew (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
Help transform the space before the event begins by assisting with signage, seating areas, kids zone setup, project tents, vendor support, and event preparation.

• Morning Event Crew (9:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
Support festival operations during the first half of the event by helping with welcome tables, project tents, drinks, kids activities, face painting, and guest support.

• Afternoon Event Crew (11:30 AM – 2:00 PM)
Help keep the event running smoothly during peak attendance by supporting activities, restocking supplies, assisting guests, and maintaining event spaces.

• Cleanup Crew (1:45 PM – 4:00 PM)
Assist with trash pickup, signage removal, seating breakdown, supply organization, and helping return the event space to normal after the festival ends.

Volunteers will receive:
-Coffee + donuts in the morning
-Pizza in the afternoon
-Free water, soft drinks, and snacks throughout the day

-Free volunteer t-shirt
-An opportunity to be part of an exciting community event in the heart of downtown Lubbock
