The Inaugural 806 Day has arrived. This first year, we’re celebrating the 806 on 8/06 down in The Depot at Bodine’s Cocktail Parlor, The Blue Light Live, and Shotgun Sue’s Saloon.

Lubbock bands Mason & The Gin Line and Hub City Drifters headline the day with a double bill at The Blue Light Live while singer-songwriters Brandon Adams, Dalton Domino, Charlie Stout, Travis Roberts, Wade Parks, and Jerry Serrano will perform and be part of a Live Podcast Recording with Thomas Mooney’s New Slang.

As part of the celebration, 806 artists and photographers Zachary Nelson, Charlie Stout, Carley du Menil, and Bristen Phillips will have their art on display while Friends BBQ, Jiminez Taqueria, and other food trucks (TBA) will be set up on-site.
