SOUTH PLAINS FAIRGROUNDS Civic Lubbock, Inc. and many community partners are organizing this year’s 4th on Broadway celebration on July 4, 2025. The main focus of all entities involved is to honor the legacy, and continue the free, family-friendly tradition Broadway Festivals Inc. started and carried out for the past 34 years.

The annual Fourth of July celebration will feature a new parade route, a late afternoon picnic, evening concert and the fireworks show at the end of the night.

******Due to recent rain, 4th on Broadway evening festivities have been RELOCATED to South Plains Fairgrounds!****

Gorilla Law Firm’s Law-Palooza Evening Concert @ 7 p.m.
H-E-B’s Fireworks Extravaganza @ 10 p.m.

H-E-B’s Parade | 9:45am
Los Hermanos Familia and the Military Order of the Purple Heart is organizing the parade.
H-E-B’s Parade will step off at 9:45 a.m. from First Baptist Church, head east down Broadway to the South Plains Fairgrounds parking lot just past Avenue A. Reliant’s Picnic Under the Stars | 5:00pm
Reliant’s Picnic Under the Stars will start at 5:00 p.m. at South Plains Fairgrounds. Food and beverage vendors will be on site.

Davis Smith’s Gorilla Law-palooza | 7:00pm
The Law-palooza will start at 7:00 p.m. featuring Smash Mouth and opening artists Mariachi Azteca and Paul Wall.

H-E-B’s Fireworks | 10:00pm
H-E-B’s Fireworks Extravaganza will start at 10:00 p.m. featuring classic and contemporary patriotic music.
