Artists

Laura Flanagan and Evan Powell perform dance tunes and songs from Ireland, Australia, and the Southwest United States on fiddle, voice, flute, and piano. Laura and Evan interweave stories, songs, and tunes. Together they create a unique, nostalgic musical picture that draws on Laura’s love of history and knack for digging up lost stories as well as Evan’s jazz training and broad musical background. Their shared love of traditional Irish music stitches everything together taking you on a one-of-a-kind musical journey.
