The 2026–27 Emerging Artist Program provides early-career visual artists with five expert-led workshops, professional feedback, hands-on preparation, and a complimentary booth at the 49th Annual Lubbock Arts Festival!

Participants will learn how to present, price, market, and sell their artwork—and keep 100% of their Festival sales.
