Come join an early preview of the wonderful Aztec holiday known as “El día de los Muertos”. Discover its fascinating beginnings and how it has evolved into what it is today.

Participants 14 years and older will be decorating sugar skulls and making papel picado. These are two essential items needed to celebrate the holiday.

Linn Behling Hughes is your guide to a better understanding of the event’s special qualities. She has a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and has been teaching about “El día de los Muertos” for forty years.
