The YMCA of Lubbock will host Lubbock Artisan Collective’s 7th seasonal event, Summer Market 2024.

The work of over 70 local artists, makers and creators will be on display and available for purchase.

“In addition to local vendors, shoppers can look forward to live music and on-site activities including screen printing, tattooing, letterpress and kids’ activities,” said Lubbock Artisan Collective Director Tamara Willey. “We endeavor to create a beautiful and unique experience for vendors and shoppers alike.”

Shoppers can look forward to local beverage service from Llano Wine, Frost Brewhouse, and Monomyth Coffee Co. Featured musical guests include Darby Sparkman on Friday and Saturday’s music lineup will include Jay Suenos, Dawson Marrow, Joey Cefalu, and Micah Burns.

During the early access event on July 26, ticketholders will get a first look at limited collections by vendors and artists, free wine by Llano Estacado Winery and beer by Frost Brewhouse. They will also be able to sample free coffee and lemonade by Monomyth Coffee Co. and hear live music by Darby Sparkman. The first 100 attendees receive a Summer Market canvas tote printed by California T’s and a Summer Market enamel pin sponsored by Jackalope Creative.

“Since our inception in November 2021, the Lubbock Artisan Collective has curated events to promote small businesses & artists in Lubbock. The team is passionate about seeing creators thrive in our community,” said Willey. “Come check it out!”
