On Nov. 11, Veterans Day, Texas Tech officials will break ground for the Military & Veterans Tribute Walk and Wall of Honor in Memorial Circle. Represented at the ceremony will be the Texas Tech Alumni Association, the Military & Veterans Network, Texas Tech’s Military & Veterans Programs, university administration and system administration.
