Depression Awareness and Suicide Prevention is a very important cause especially after the year we all just went through, I hope everyone that sees this post will try and make it. I started this event to raise awareness after losing three friends, I believe that Depression is an illness and my boys would still be here if we would have known more about this illness and ways to treat it. This event is dedicated to: Heath Houchin, Kyle Isbell, and Shad Durham. These are the three that affected me most but many people have lost love ones to this illness and this event is dedicated to them as well.
