Disclaimer:
Open mic events are somewhat related to jam sessions, in that, in both cases, amateur performers are given the opportunity to speak, sing, or play instruments. Please know we are allowing any Poets, Rappers, Singers and Musicians to have the freedom to express themselves through their talents, and we will not stifle their work. The performers will be asked to give the audience advance notice of any sensitive subject matter.
