Flatland Film was established in 2003. Flatland Film is a program of LHUCA that aims to cultivate an appreciation for film, video, and the digital moving-image expression and to support artists working in this mode of expression.

The festival will be a little different this year because of COVID -19. Most of the festival will be virtual, but we will be hosting one in-person screening on Thursday, September 24.
