Berio) Dances of Galanta Kodály Symphony Metamorphosis Hindemith Gershwin’s beloved An American in Paris! brings the sights sounds of Paris alive, complete with taxi horns ringing through the misty city. Distinguished violist Kimberly Sparr accompanies the Lubbock Symphony for the concert, which also includes Brahms’s Viola Sonata Op. 120, No. 1 (arr. Berio), Kodály’s Dances of Galanta and Hindemith’s Symphonic Metamorphosis.
