Administrative Professionals’ Day Luncheon

Regina and Hiawatha Culver, Jr. will be featured on Administrative Professionals’ Day as they share their experiences raising three outstanding sons while keeping them grounded in their values of family, faith, community, and legacy. Their sons: Trey, an All-American and Big 12 Champion high jumper on the Texas Tech University track team; JJ, a basketball standout at Wayland Baptist University who is currently playing overseas in Lithuania; and Jarrett, who played at Texas Tech, and was drafted in 2019, and is currently a member of the Memphis Grizzlies basketball team.

Regina is a director at the YWCA Childcare Center. Hiawatha is pastor of the Rising Star Baptist Church and helps with the YWCA Community Youth Development After-School program.

In the fall of 2020, Jarrett and his family launched the Culver Foundation. Their mission is to establish a faith-filled legacy by focusing on the importance of family, youth, and community. The Foundation’s resources are utilized to empower youth and support various community organizations.
