FRIDAY, March 24th

Noon – 6:00 PM: Register and pick up badges – CASP 5&J Gallery, downtown Lubbock;
Install 12x12x12 inch sculptures – CASP 5&J Gallery;
Sign-up for Slide Slam on Saturday.

4:00 – 7:00 PM: Hotel check-in time

7:00 – 9:00 PM:  Welcome & Introductions

9:00 – 10:30 PM: 12x12x12 Exhibit Reception, CASP 5&J Gallery, downtown Lubbock

SATURDAY, March 25th 

9:00-9:30 AM: coffee & donuts – English 106

9:30 – 10:30 AM: José Villalobos, Presentation

10:30 – 11:30 AM: Bethany Springer, Presentation

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break

1:00 – 3:45 PM: Multi-Track Activities [various locations]

• Aluminum Casting at 3D Annex Foundry
• Tour of TTU Public Art Collection
• Slide Slam in the 3D Annex Alt Space

4:00-5:00 PM: Betting on the Sun Exhibition Artist Panel Discussion, Moderated by Natalie Hegert – English 106

5:00-6:30 PM: Reception for Betting on the Sun – Landmark Gallery, School of Art Building

7:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Closing Party/Dinner – CASP 5&J Gallery, downtown Lubbock

10:30-11:00 PM: de-install 12x12x12 artworks
